The OSHA recordkeeping requirement mandates certain employers maintain a record of serious work-related injuries and illnesses.  This class provides information and guidance on the recordkeeping requirement, as stipulated in 29 CFR 1904.  Learn the difference between first aid and medical aid, as well as what constitutes a ‘work-related injury’. Mandatory forms such as the OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A will be explained and discussed.

  • Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer in General Industry, Code Rule 59 Assessor, Certified FA/CPR/AED Instructor.
  • 20+ years of experience working in Operations Management and Environmental Health and Safety leadership roles. Experience working at all levels of leadership from local facilities to driving programs across a multinational manufacturing platform.
