New Primary Care Center, Family Health at Malone Now Open

Hudson Headwaters Family Health at Malone, the Network’s 23^rd brick-and-mortar health center, is now open. Located at the Alice Hyde medical campus at 16 3rd Street, Suite A, Family Health at Malone has six exam rooms and will provide primary care to patients of all ages.

“As a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center, it is our mission to expand health care access,” said Hudson Headwaters CEO Tucker Slingerland, M.D. “Hudson Headwaters Family Health at Malone will add to the vital access that has been provided by Alice Hyde and Community Health Center of the North Country for many decades."  

Family Health at Malone currently has two providers: Nicole Baker, family nurse practitioner, and Molly Merkel, physician assistant. Both providers also see patients at Hudson Headwaters Champlain Family Health. April Worlock, family nurse practitioner, will see patients at Family Health at Malone beginning February 2024. The health center’s initial team, which is expected to grow, includes two registered nurses and two administrative staff.
