AES Northeast

Great news from the North Country’s premier Architecture, Engineering and Land Surveying firm: we are pleased to announce our office move to 74 South Platt Street Plattsburgh is complete and timed with the arrival of AES Northeast’s new Director of Water Resources, Ryan Fisher, P.E.

AES occupied offices at 12 City Hall Place for over two decades and Cliff Haven for over five years; the move to one building was strategic. “The goal was to get our Plattsburgh team under one roof.” said Managing Partner Scott Allen, LS. “With our two offices having merged, we are able to collaborate on projects more effectively.” The 74 South Platt Street building was once the site of a car dealership. The talented AES Northeast team worked together with building owner Pat Leary to transform the building into an energy-efficient, bright, and modern design - complete with open ceilings, conference rooms, and a large kitchen/ break area.

Filling one of the newly constructed offices, is AES’s newest team member and Director of Water Resources, Ryan Fisher, PE. Ryan specializes in water resource engineering and enjoys helping communities in finding solutions for water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure needs. He has more than 25 years of experience in water resources and has worked in consulting engineering and municipal and state level engineering positions prior to joining AES Northeast. “I’ve been working with communities for almost three decades on water and wastewater infrastructure.” Mr. Fisher said. “I’m excited to work with this team and to work on a local level helping communities find solutions for their water and wastewater infrastructure.”

The team welcomed Ryan to our new ‘home away from home’ earlier this month and are getting settled into the new, bright office building at 74 South Platt. Please contact Sandy at sandrayoung-brady@aesnortheast.com if you would like a tour of the newly designed building.
