Phenna Group Acquires Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL)

Phenna Group, headquartered in Nottingham, UK, is committed to investing and partnering with niche independent Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) companies that serve a variety of sectors, ensuring customers' peace of mind by delivering first-class testing and assurance services.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL). This latest acquisition marks our 7^th of 2025 and is strategically important as it significantly strengthens our presence in the United States, reinforcing our commitment to delivering world-class testing and assurance services. ATL will be an integral part of our Americas Region delivering TICC expertise to roads, pavements, groundworks and utilities sectors.
 

Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) is a full-service engineering support firm headquartered in Canton, New York State, boasts 270 employees and has eleven offices serving the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions of the United States. With a strong reputation for quality, capability, and integrity, ATL provides a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of its customers.
